Why this website?
Well, when I see a band listed locally, I often find it difficult to find information about the band, especially if the band is not too well known. Sometimes the band has no website. Sometimes their website is difficult to find because there are other bands with similar names around the world, or it hasn’t been updated recently.
So, this website is my attempt to gather the basic information on BC bands, including links to any website, social media that the band have, where and when they are playing next. And, a photo of the band so you can see who they are (“Oh yeh, I’ve seen them before…”).
So that hopefully will include bands from Abbotsford, Armstrong, Burnaby, Campbell River, Castlegar, Chilliwack, Colwood, Coquitlam, Courtenay, Cranbrook, Dawson Creek, Delta, Duncan, Enderby, Fernie, Fort St. John, Grand Forks, Greenwood, Kamloops, Kelowna, Kimberley, Langford, Langley, Maple Ridge, Merritt, Mission, Nanaimo, Nelson, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Parksville, Penticton, Pitt Meadows, Port Alberni, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Powell River, Prince George, Prince Rupert, Quesnel, Revelstoke, Richmond, Rossland, Salmon Arm, Surrey, Terrace, Trail, Vancouver, Vernon, Victoria, West Kelowna, White Rock and Williams Lake.
The bands / musicians are listed alphabetically. If you click on a band / musician name, you will be taken to a webpage with the band’s information, displaying their contact information, any website / social media links, and any upcoming performances.

Hi, my name is Garrett. I love music, I like to go to concerts and local gigs, and (very) occasionally I like to perform (mainly Irish stuff – The Pogues, U2, ballads, …).
